Onyinye is a seasoned IT professional and transformation expert, with years of experience delivering IT projects across various sectors. She helps businesses transform and redesign their workspaces for hybrid work. This involves understanding the business's existing infrastructure while gradually assisting them in adopting digital transformation within the workplace.
A University of Bradford alumnus, she holds a Master of Science in Personal, Mobile, and Satellite Communications. On completing her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, she began her career as a Telecommunication Engineer and gradually worked her way up the ladder
through the lenses of a Support Engineer, Customer-facing Opportunities, and Consulting world (Engineering & Architecting solutions).
Onyinye works with Avanade within the Modern Workplace Engineering practice, where she continues to help businesses redesign their workspaces and digitally adopt transformation to align with the hybrid workplace. She is a Microsoft 365 MVP and has spoken at various user groups, and virtual and in-person conferences covering topics across Teams, Viva, Microsoft 365 and Copilot. She is also a co-organizer of the M365 Dublin User Group.
She is passionate about mentoring, and volunteering, and dedicated to making a positive impact to leave people and situations better than the way she found them. With her enthusiasm for solving problems, she is keen on promoting growth via mentoring and coaching as she creates an environment to support women and young girls in school with STEM career aspirations to soar.
